View of the tree and pillar from the front door... A shot looking out of the front door on the only night that year that it snowed. The tree that is down there at the end of the path is the live one that I got the previous year, at that point it was still growing in a pot (but kept through the year around the back and moved here for the display). Later on in 2000 I planted it out next to the front porch where, hopefully, in years to come it will be huge and get plastered with lights!
Notice in the background to the left of the pillar, the pair of little lines of lights- this was a 120 LED Ropelight around the garage, it had a multi-function controller which chased, faded and flashed them. The lights you can just make out to the right of the photo are actually on our neighbour`s house. |
