New colour changing LED spotlights...   These lights were this year`s main addition. Since it was not possible to attach any lights to the windows and walls, I decided instead to settle for the next best thing and iluminate them from below. The lamps were 110 volt types using 60 LEDs and an inbuilt contoller to fade them slowly through a simple sequence of colours. The controller seemed to base its timing on the AC mains frequency too, since when illuminated at the same time, the lights usually remained perfectly synchronised.
