For the first time ever, Videos! These are MPEG-1 video files showing the computerized Light Trees and a quick sweep of the front of the house too. Unfortunately because of very limited resources, I have had to capture them in a low resolution and compress them quite highly in order to make them avaliable here for download. Despite the low quality, they still show the programmed effects of the trees quite well, which is their main purpose. See the photo galleries for more detailed pictures of the setup.

This ran before and after Christmas / New Year week, and has six stages, all of which involve the trees changing colour in chasing and alternating sequences, but with all four lit in one colour or the other at all times.

This one ran for the duration of Christmas week and into the New Year, and had four stages. As well as colour changing, there were also chasing patterns which saw sometimes only one or two trees lit at once.

Panning shot from the trees, accross the front of the house and back past the bushes. Because the bushes are quite high and the camera was down by the road it can`t see everything, but shows a lot including a glimpse of the red/purple/blue colour changing LEDs on the tree in the middle window.
