Finish- Clear glass Origin- Holland Notes- Complete with the original wrapper A superb condition European tungsten cage filament lamp, this little one is just 4 inches tall and has "PHILIPS" "Importé de Holland" (imported from Holland) etched on the side. It originates from the home of Philips however the original wrapper that it came with, bears quite faded writing stamped on which states (in French) that it is intended only for the French market. Somehow it had found its way to the United States but despite crossing the Atlantic at least twice now (cos I`m in the UK here) it is in near perfect condition and works wonderfully. The wrapper`s original colour has faded (it used to be blue) but otherwise the print is still clear and depicts the lamp and the "PHILIPS" brand. Shown here lit on low voltage (50v).
